Fresh & Functional was founded in 2021 by two mothers from the Gold Coast Hinterland, Danni and Lauren, whose shared passion for creating calm, functional homes quickly grew into a thriving business built on compassion, trust and practical support.
What began as a simple idea has evolved into a dedicated team of women who genuinely care about helping people feel more comfortable, supported and at ease within their home environments.
We understand that inviting people into your home requires trust, which is why we pride ourselves on providing respectful, down-to-earth support tailored to the unique needs of every household. Each member of our team brings their own strengths, personality and life experience, allowing us to support a wide range of clients with empathy, practicality and care.

Co-founder & Senior Consultant
LAUREN
Lauren is the co-founder of Fresh & Functional and is often the friendly voice behind client bookings, scheduling and day-to-day team coordination. She also works closely with long-term clients and larger organising projects, helping households feel more organised, manageable and supported.
Lauren is known for her can-do, practical mindset and genuine care for both clients and the team.
Co-founder & Senior Consultant
DANNI
Danni is the co-founder of Fresh & Functional,
and loves helping clients create calmer, more functional homes that feel easier to live in. She works closely with long-term clients and larger organising projects.
Alongside client work, Danni supports much of the behind-the-scenes side of the business, particularly around systems, NDIS coordination and ongoing business development.
Consultant & Supervisor
SARAH
Sarah is an energetic and dedicated member of the Fresh & Functional team who has a real passion for creating organised, functional spaces that genuinely work for the people living in them. She works across a wide range of organising and decluttering projects and also supervises larger jobs, thanks to her thorough approach and genuine care for delivering quality results.
Known for her attention to detail, strong communication and practical organising solutions, Sarah brings both structure and positivity to every household she supports.

SUE
Sue is a valued member of the Fresh & Functional team who primarily supports clients with regular household upkeep and maintenance support. She enjoys getting in, giving the home a thorough refresh and helping clients maintain cleaner, more manageable living spaces.
Known for her grounded nature and friendly chats along the way, Sue brings reliability, consistency and a steady presence to the households she supports.

Mel is a warm and versatile member of the Fresh & Functional team who supports clients across a wide range of household and organising tasks. Whether assisting with decluttering projects, daily household support or working alongside children and elderly clients, Mel brings empathy, patience and a positive attitude to every home she enters.
With a caring nature and willingness to help wherever needed, Mel is known for making clients feel comfortable, supported and understood throughout the process.

Karleigh is known for her practical, no-nonsense approach to organising and decluttering, with a natural talent for simplifying spaces and creating functional systems that are easy to maintain. She thrives on organising projects and enjoys helping clients make confident decisions around clutter and household functionality.
With a bubbly personality and efficient approach, Karleigh brings both energy and structure to the homes she works within, helping create spaces that feel calmer, more manageable and streamlined.

Alina brings a calm, easygoing presence to the Fresh & Functional team, supporting clients with decluttering, organising and practical household assistance. She enjoys helping create more functional, manageable spaces while working in a way that feels relaxed and supportive for clients.
Known for her honest nature and sensitivity towards others, Alina brings a grounded and approachable energy to the households she works within.

Andrea is the newest member of the Fresh & Functional team and enjoys helping create spaces that feel more refreshed, functional and put together. She supports clients across organising, household support and practical day-to-day tasks, bringing a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
With experience working alongside children and within support-based roles, Andrea brings friendliness and a fresh perspective to the jobs she is given.
